Change is my MFing Love Language.

I love helping feminist leaders THRIVE.

No matter how you show up as a changemaker, innovator, or disruptor I want to help you lead change...in your own life, in your business, and in your community.

Because magic happens when we show up aligned with our deepest values.

I guess you could call it an obsession...

I've been a leader since birth, as the eldest of three girls. They used to call me bossy, they misdiagnosed my strength (eff that patriarchal BS labeling...aaaaaaand perhaps my tactics have improved along the way).

I've sought out every leadership role, development opportunity and mentorship program (as mentor + mentee) I could since my first personal development conference at age 5!!

I spent 20+ years of my career advancing in leadership responsibilities, while building and strengthening communities. I've worked in every area of changemaking organizations, and before starting my business,  culminating as a COO for statewide operations of an international NGO.

I earned my doctorate in organizational leadership, researching performance excellence + maximizing impact in changemaking organizations. And for nearly 10 years (and more than 10k hours) I've coached more than one thousand individuals around the world 1:1 to achieve their big, bold, unapologetic world-changing goals.

I'm fiercely feminist, dog-obsessed, coffee-addicted, and highly proficient in profanity. I'm a coach, strategist, consultant, published author, a speaker, an activist and advocate for radical social change. I believe that strong, thriving communities led by women, gender non-conforming humans, POC will save us.

I KNOW leadership and social changemaking.

From the top down to bottom up. It's at the very core of who I am, it's how I'm wired.

Here's what I've learned: leadership is an attitude, a decision - not a position, title or formal authority. Leadership is the practice of exerting influence to create desired results, to help others step forward toward change.

Personal leadership is ALWAYS the first step. When you know how to lead yourself first, you can create any result you desire in your life. When you lead yourself first, you can lead others.  When you can lead others, you can create change at any scale. Including complex, systemic social change.

You can use your lived experience + personal leadership to effect change. And the world needs more changemakers, more leaders willing to fight the good fight. Because in every direction we look, there's shit that needs to be cleaned up, fixed, or completely reinvented.

But I've also gotten burnt as a helper without boundaries.

I know the challenges in changemaking - long hours, not enough resources, a never-ending supply of work, and all the forces working against progress. And, I wasn't immune. After my last job working consistent 80+ hour weeks, I was beyond depleated. I ended up trashing my health and it took a 6 month mandatory pause in my career to barely start feeling human again.

In my time off repairing my health, I realized that I was approaching changemaking wrong (not to mention so much of our current changemaking practices sustain oppressive systems rather than dismantle them). I was trying to change the world around me, but I needed to BE the change internally...to help myself first.

I decolonized my brain, worked to accept and own my inherent worthiness, and radically change my relationship with changemaking...and now I want to help other changemakers to do the same so that we can dismantle systemic injustices and inequality once and for all.

Changemaking is my purpose. Empowering changemakers is my calling.

I know in my bones I'm here to help smart, mouthy, ambitious feminist leaders who are fed up, fired up + ready to fuck shit up to:

  • lead the fight agains social injustice, systemic oppression, unnecessary suffering, misinformation + fear-mongering.
  • be fit to fight...because social change is a marathon and not a sprint - and we cannot do it along, depleated, or haphazardly.
  • be fit to lead...because we need a whole new style of leadership that's centered in revolutionary love.

OPERATION 51%

I’m on a mission to create a world where more than 51% of leadership positions are held by women, POC, LGBTQIA+, persons with disabilities and all other marginalized communities because it will tip the scales and crush system oppression and unnecessary suffering.

I'm calling all heart centered, purpose driven, ambitious changemakers who want to succeed through the power of love, service, generosity, community and collaboration to join me.

Let us rise together:

  • To dismantle all forms of external and internalized oppression
  • To discard toxic dude-bro hustle and unsustainable growth.
  • To embrace our own humanity so that we can rehumanize our systems, structures, practices and beliefs.

MY VALUES

I believe that ALL humans are inherently worthy, no matter the arbitrary difference in our meat suits, our personal preferences, our pasts, or our position in life.  I believe that all forms of oppression are whack, small dick energy, that have got to go. You're welcome here, unless you're down with oppressing others...and if that's you...bye felicia.

GIVING

As a lifelong changemaker, I know, honor and prioritize the importance of giving. I am who I am because of the NGOs who helped raise me.  Currently, my company reinvests 5% of gross income to social equity causes, program scholarships, and micro-lending to women-led business/projects. And I'm just getting started. My goal is to eventually build that number to 50% of net profits because nothing turns me on more than imaging the world we'll be creating together - by healing our own shit, by helping our communities heal, and by contributing rather than hoarding resources. When you hire me, that's the world we'll cocreate.

I want to tell you a secret.

A lot of them actually.
