I USED TO BE SO CONFUSED ABOUT SELF CARE. MAYBE YOU ARE TOO. 

What I used to think self-care was:

  • Manis-pedis, massages, spa days

  • Going to the fancy salon to get my hair did 

  • Coffee, chocolate, wiiiiiiine 

  • Sushi with girlfriends with a whole lot of self-deprecation and bitching
